What we collect. Your name, email address, login activity, course progress, quiz results and support messages. Payment details are collected by Paddle, our merchant of record, not by us. See Paddle’s privacy policy.

Why. To deliver the courses you bought, issue certificates, answer support requests, and send transactional email about your account and orders.

Marketing. We send course news only if you opted in. Every message has an unsubscribe link.

Processors. Paddle (payments), Bunny.net (video delivery), Cloudflare (hosting network and email routing), Resend (transactional email), Zoom (live sessions), Calendly (coaching bookings). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies. Login and session cookies only. No advertising cookies.

Retention. Account data for as long as you hold an account plus 24 months, then deleted. Order records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights. Ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
