  1. Who we are. Al-Kindi Academy (“we”, “us”) is operated by the Al-Kindi Academy team. Our contact address is [email protected].
  2. Merchant of record. Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), who is the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle’s terms apply to your payment: Paddle checkout buyer terms. Your statement shows PADDLE.NET.
  3. Your account. You need an account to access purchased content. Keep your password private. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
  4. What you get. A personal, non-transferable licence to view the course content you purchased for as long as the academy offers it, and in any case for at least 12 months from purchase. Live cohorts and coaching sessions are delivered on the dates shown at purchase.
  5. What you may not do. Share, resell, download for redistribution, or record our content; share your login; use our materials to build a competing course.
  6. Certificates. We issue certificates of completion. They are not professional certifications and confer no credential from any third party.
  7. PMI. PMI, PMP, PMI-CPMAI and PMO-CP are registered marks of Project Management Institute, Inc. We are not affiliated with PMI. Our exam preparation content is our own and is not endorsed by PMI.
  8. Refunds. See our Refund Policy.
  9. Changes. We may update courses and these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
  10. Liability. Our content is educational. We do not guarantee exam results or business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
  11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for consumer purchases processed by Paddle, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
