Refund Policy

• Self-paced courses. Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20 percent of the lessons.
• Live cohorts. Full refund until the first session starts. No refund after the first session.
• 1:1 coaching. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours notice. No refund after the session has taken place.
• Memberships. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.
• Bundles. Refundable within 14 days if no course in the bundle is more than 20 percent complete.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
